These terms apply when you use the Steel Pack website (steelpack.com.au) or buy from us. "Steel Pack", "we", "us" and "our" mean the business trading as Steel Pack in Victoria, Australia. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Refund Policy.

1. Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the ACL or any other law that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where these terms seem to conflict with the ACL, the ACL prevails.

2. Using the website

You must be 18 or older, or have a parent or guardian's permission, to place an order. You agree to give accurate details and to use the site only for lawful purposes. You must not interfere with the site's security or operation, copy its content for commercial use, or use automated tools to scrape it.

3. Products and descriptions

We take care to describe products accurately, including sizes and measurements. Colours may look slightly different on your screen, and fabric items can vary by 1–2 cm. Please check the measurements on each product page before ordering. Pet products should be used under supervision and as described.

4. Prices and payment

All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable. Shipping within Australia is free. Prices can change without notice, but the price you pay is the price shown when you place your order. Payment is processed securely through Shopify and our payment partners; we never see or store your full card details.

5. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we dispatch your goods. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock, a price was clearly listed in error, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel after you've paid, we'll refund you in full.

6. Shipping and risk

Delivery details are in our Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates. Ownership and risk in the goods pass to you on delivery.

7. Returns and refunds

Returns, refunds, replacements and cancellations are covered by our Refund Policy, which sits alongside your rights under the ACL.

8. Intellectual property

The Steel Pack name, logo and site content belong to us or our licensors. You may use the site for personal shopping only and must not reproduce its content without our written permission.

9. Reviews and feedback

If you send us feedback or post a review, it must be honest, lawful and your own. You allow us to use it to run and promote our store. We may remove content that is misleading, offensive or unlawful.

10. Third-party services

Our store is hosted by Shopify, and payments and delivery are handled by third parties. Purchases are made with Steel Pack, not Shopify. Links to other websites are provided for convenience; we're not responsible for their content.

11. Limitation of liability

Subject to section 1 and to the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site. Where our liability for a failure to comply with a consumer guarantee can lawfully be limited, it is limited to replacing or repairing the goods, supplying equivalent goods, or paying the cost of doing so.
