Shipping policy

Free shipping Australia-wide

Shipping is free on every order to an Australian address. We don't ship internationally at the moment.

Dispatch and delivery times

• Dispatch: orders usually leave our Australian warehouse within 1–2 business days.
• Delivery: most orders arrive within 5–12 business days of ordering. Regional and remote areas can take a little longer.

Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.

Tracking

You'll receive an email with tracking details once your order ships. Orders with several items may arrive in separate parcels.

Addresses

Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. If you need to change it, email us before your order is dispatched.

Problems with delivery

If your parcel hasn't arrived within 15 business days of dispatch, or arrives damaged, email steelpackau@gmail.com and we'll sort it out. See our Refund Policy for details.
